"As you remember, when we passed that many years ago... we said we'd bring those roads every year that that funding was gonna be used for in full transparency so people could see where that going," the mayor said, describing the list presented to council. He said weather and earlier rains had delayed some deep‑patching and mill‑and‑overlay work but that crews have completed a substantial portion of the season's program. The ordinance passed by recorded voice/roll call as noted in the meeting record, 7–0.
