Downtown Garland events calendar grows; city expects 15,000–20,000 for July 3 celebration

Tennell also highlighted other forthcoming events (Asian American Heritage Festival on May 16, a pickle party in June, Juneteenth unveiling of a mosaic) aimed at increasing foot traffic and supporting downtown businesses.
