Hays council authorizes mayor to execute contract with Greenland & Turk for city engineering

"The RFP committee is requesting the city council authorized mayor Harvey in conjunction with our city attorney, Josh Katz, to enter into a contract with Greenland and Turk," the committee representative said. A representative from Greenland & Turk thanked the council for the selection and requested a transition meeting with Don and other city representatives to discuss responsibilities and next steps; the council tentatively scheduled a meeting for May 21 to begin the handoff.
