Plan Commission unanimously forwards smoke-shop amendments to City Council

"That was the last item on our agenda," Chair Roberts said, reminding the public that "this item you were just here for goes before City Council June 2. They are the final deciders on it." The Plan Commission's recommendation will be part of the Council's public record when the item is heard on June 2.
