County Administrator Pat Whiteford reported a privileged response from counsel concerning an interest claimed by the County Road Commission and said a motion would be required to waive privilege and share the counsel response publicly. Whiteford also reported current Kaliseum revenues exceed expenses when depreciation is excluded. Commissioners requested a job description for John Starr’s position and deliberations on those staffing and organizational items were deferred to a later meeting.
