Commissioner Jack Shattuck moved to adopt the resolution. The roll call vote passed with five Yes votes; Commissioner David Hodges is recorded as abstaining. Public commenters had earlier and later referenced IM KIDS during the public comment period, including remarks by Niko Zerkle in favor of the program.
