The commission approved the minutes from the Dec. 2, 2025 meeting and then took three separate votes to approve final plats for Bluffs at Blackhawk Phase 2 (40.606 acres, 49 lots), Phase 3 (21.794 acres, 84 lots) and Phase 4 (26.319 acres, 80 lots). Each motion passed 6–0 with no public testimony and little additional discussion. Chair Hudson called for the votes and recorded the unanimous tallies.
