Separately, the board accepted a completed petition to consider an alteration of McKinnon Road’s right‑of‑way (a requested reduction from 120 feet to 60 feet through a 265‑foot portion). Commissioners appointed a reviewer to begin the county’s formal five‑step review process to evaluate impacts including bus routes, parking, and access; the motion carried unanimously.
