The Board approved an order authorizing the sale of county property located at 115 East Flaming Gorge Way and authorized the chairman to sign all necessary closing documents.
Public Works Director Gene Legursky summarized the property’s background, noting the disposition process began in 2017–2018 as part of consolidation of county buildings. Legursky said title issues had delayed closing but that current filings and buyer preparations indicated a likely closing later that week, subject to title company requirements. "So what we have before you…is resolution number 25Dash11DashCCO2. Order approving the sale of county property at 115 East Fleming Gorge Way and allowing the chairman to sign all necessary closing documents," Legursky said.
Commissioners moved and unanimously passed the resolution, and the chair thanked staff for completing work needed to bring the sale forward. County staff said a copy of the resolution and closing paperwork would be available for press after adjournment.
