The board then approved the 2026 IT contract with Empiric Solutions for a monthly fee of $10,814.00. The minutes record roll call votes in favor by present commissioners. Administration will implement the contract under the direction of the County Administrator.
The minutes show the board explicitly waived procurement policy where needed before voting to approve the contract.
