"The landowner is very agreeable," the presenter said, and the county has already taken prior steps to approve the purchase in earlier resolutions.
Board members asked clarifying questions about what the MOA changes and were told the measure does not buy the land immediately but changes the repayment terms to facilitate the purchase. The resolution was brought to the floor and approved by voice vote.
