Council authorizes staff to proceed with annexation for Olander Farms development

Following an executive session on economic development and real property matters, council returned to open session and voted to authorize staff to proceed with annexation under the development agreement with Olander Farms and to coordinate zoning with the developer during the annexation process.
The motion directs staff to work with the developer on required annexation steps and to coordinate zoning decisions during the annexation process; the vote was unanimous (7–0). Staff did not take additional action on two other executive session items.
