Lehman Exchange reports increased programming, health and youth services in year three

She cited completed facility upgrades (kitchen phase 1, security cameras, new courts), a full‑time needs navigator funded by a $70,000 Community Foundation Tampa Bay grant, and a free monthly mobile health clinic provided by the University of South Florida School of Nursing.
Program highlights include Reading with the Rays (about 150 children participated), a swim program for cohorts of 30 children (transportation included), and plans to pilot a Sunday morning farmer’s market to address a local food‑access gap. The center reported they are nearly fully tenanted pending one nonprofit lease and noted plans for additional public‑facing amenities and security improvements.
