"Our goal is that we want to, with the 0.25 mil is take care of all the operation and maintenance and whatever capital improvement we need to make during the transition period of all 3 complexes," Cecil said.
Commissioners asked for a detailed line‑item budget, information on operating staffing and projected capital infusion timing; staff agreed to email the full budget and return with requested details. The commission gave consensus direction to move forward with the 0.25‑mill proposal and to receive the itemized budget ahead of the public hearings.
