The Sweetwater County Board approved a restaurant liquor license for Bodwin Brothers Enterprise LLC, which plans to operate as Bravura Brazilian Steakhouse in Rock Springs. Clerk Cindy Swinson presented the application and explained that restaurant licenses allow service of alcoholic liquor and malt beverages to patrons in a designated dining area and prohibit package sales.
Commissioners clarified that restaurant licenses differ from retail licenses (retail is subject to population‑based per‑capita limits). Commissioner Taylor C. Jones moved to approve the application and the motion passed unanimously. Swinson noted the owners previously relinquished the prior restaurant license associated with the property and must complete a new application process under new ownership.
