WRD signs consent letter for Riverview Dairy drain easements and monitors Breidenbach permit

Manager Jason Lovas moved to approve and authorize a consent letter among Ohnstad Twichell, P.C., the Traill County Water Resource District, and Herberg Township concerning road right-of-way easements tied to Surface Drain Permit No. 6858 for the Riverview Dairy Project; Manager Gary Thompson seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Separately, Chairman Jason Siegert said he will remind Neil Breidenbach to obtain consent from the Buxton Township Board of Supervisors and landowners along the course of Surface Drain Permit No. 6710. The Board will keep Breidenbach's permit on future agendas and monitor the applicant’s compliance with permit conditions.
