Bonduel Plan Commission approves agenda, minutes and forwards two items to Village Board
Summary
At its March 18 meeting the Plan Commission approved the agenda and January minutes, removed one agenda item because the interested party withdrew, and unanimously recommended two items (a CSM for Joyce Natzke and signage for World Wide Sign Systems) to the Village Board before adjourning.
The Village of Bonduel Plan Commission convened March 18, 2024, and moved through a short agenda. President Russ Gehm called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.; members recorded present were Russ Gehm, Tim Kelley, Steve Peterson, Mark Welch, Troy Westcott and Robbie Woldt III. Plan Commission member Tim Kelley moved to approve the agenda and Plan Commission member Steve Peterson seconded; "Motion carried unanimously."
The commission also approved the January 22, 2024 meeting minutes on a motion by Mark Welch seconded by Troy Westcott. The commission removed agenda item F1 (use of 106 E. Express Way in the C-2 Highway Commercial District) by consensus because the interested party was no longer pursuing the property. The body adjourned at 6:04 p.m. after a motion to adjourn by Tim Kelley, seconded by Robbie Woldt III; the motion carried unanimously.
