"I live right behind 14 Mil... when they have outdoor events, loud music... it almost shakes the windows," Norton said, and noted he thought the loud-music cutoff in the noise ordinance was 10 p.m. The presiding officer thanked him and said the council could examine the noise ordinance language and legal options. No formal action was taken; council said staff could follow up.
