CPMT votes: minutes approved, IFSP revisions approved; closed session authorizations with two abstentions

At its June 25 meeting the CPMT approved June 11 minutes, unanimously approved IFSP revisions to take effect Aug. 1 if implemented, entered and certified a closed session for individual case discussions and authorized payments under VA Code § 2.2‑520; Ms. Warner abstained on cases 3032 and 3037.
The Community Policy and Management Team approved several routine and administrative actions at its June 25 meeting in Hanover. On a motion by Claiborne Warner, seconded by Gabriella Caldwell‑Miller, the CPMT voted unanimously to approve the June 11, 2026 minutes.
Later in the agenda, after discussion of proposed FAPT IFSP revisions, Ms. Warner moved and Ms. Caldwell‑Miller seconded a motion to approve the IFSP changes; the minutes record the vote as unanimous and state the changes would take effect Aug. 1, 2026 if implemented. CPMT later voted to enter closed session under Virginia Code §§ 2.2‑3711.A.4 and 2.2‑5210 to discuss individual children and families and copay matters. After reconvening and certifying compliance with the Freedom of Information Act, CPMT voted on authorizations of payment under Virginia Code § 2.2‑520; the motion passed and Ms. Warner abstained on case numbers 3032 and 3037.
