Ms. Warner moved that CPMT enter Closed Session pursuant to Virginia Code Sections § 2.2-3711.A4 and § 2.2-5210 for discussion of individual children, families and copay matters; Ms. Jones seconded and CPMT voted unanimously to enter Closed Session at 1:22 PM. The body reconvened in Open Session at 2:04 PM.
After reconvening, Mr. Sakach moved the statutory certification under Virginia Code § 2.2-5210; Ms. Warner seconded and CPMT unanimously certified the Closed Session at 2:05 PM. Immediately thereafter, under action related to authorizations of payment for procurement of services on behalf of children (FY26, Virginia Code § 2.2-5206), Ms. Warner moved to authorize payments as presented; Ms. Jones seconded and CPMT unanimously approved the motion at 2:05 PM with no abstentions.
