Resolution BOAA2026‑0602 approved 2‑1 (Ayes: Carlson, Greene; Nay: Sutcliffe) allowing an 18,000‑gallon holding tank for a new Boozhoo Coffee & Café at 2340 Stark Road / CSAH 10. Conditions include execution and recording of an Operating Permit with the Chisago County Recorder's Office, installation of alarms at 50%, 75% and 95% capacity, and submittal of quarterly meter readings and pumping reports to the Department of Environmental Services. Both Variances require applicable permits prior to construction or installation.
