Kay County approves bridge replacement plan and advances several road projects; some change orders tabled
Summary

Commissioner Jeff Kreger described crews "hauling 2" rock to the yard from Cornerstone," among other maintenance tasks.
The board tabled Change Order No. 2 on the Peckham Road Overlay Project (Bid#2026-7, Dist.#2) while approving an application for equipment through the OCCEDB FY 2027 Solid Waste Program for Districts 1 and 3. Commissioners also reported culvert installs, ditch cleaning, and rock hauling in support of ongoing maintenance work.
