At the February meeting the board considered and approved several recognition resolutions and made selections for California School Board Association delegate seats.
Trustee Van Allen introduced Resolution 25-03 recognizing February as Black History Month and the board approved it by roll-call vote. The board also approved Resolution 25-04 recognizing March as Disability Awareness Month. Resolution 25-05 recognizing March as Women's History Month was presented, a minor wording change was proposed and accepted, and the board approved the measure; the roll-call transcript shows one trustee entered a "No" while other trustees recorded "Yes," and the chair announced the resolution as adopted.
On CSBA business the board cast its Subregion 9A delegate vote for Mark Becker (San Lorenzo Valley USD), and selected Subrath as the county delegate for Region 9 after motion and second.
These items were routine recognitions and representative selections; the board did not alter policy at this time.
