Beyond consent items, the Board approved final payments and contract awards across departments: Resolution 33‑26 finalized payment for Project CM 2021‑01 ($3,500 to Swenson Aggregate & Construction, LLC); Resolution 34‑26 approved final payment for Contract 26001 ($265,036.12 to DLL Excavating Inc.); the Board awarded Forest Road Improvement Project 7 to Gilbert Contract Services (not to exceed $9,300) and approved an extension for the roadway chloride application contract (Edwards Oil Inc./Trimark Industrial) for $590,461.17. Several donations were accepted for public-safety and service programs and the Board authorized applications for grants including a COPS/FEMA effort for an armored vehicle and a Sourcewell Boost Fund grant application.
