O'Brien County Adopts Wind-Energy Repowering Ordinance Amendment

O'Brien County's Board of Supervisors voted July 15 to adopt the Second Amendment to County Ordinance No. 22, establishing a new Section 11 governing wind energy device repowering in unincorporated areas of the county.
