After returning to open session, Hayden moved adoption of Resolution 2026-10 under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act certifying that only matters identified in the closed-session motion were discussed; Mr. Ed Kieper seconded and the motion passed on a recorded unanimous vote. The minutes also record that the Authority approved the May 13, 2026 minutes by motion of Mr. Kieper, seconded by Mr. Zemp, with a unanimous recorded aye vote.
