The Floresville ISD board approved the consent agenda, which included prior meeting minutes, financial reports, and recognition of three donations that require board approval because they exceed $1,000. Administration said the Athletic Booster Club donated $28,000 to the district's athletic programs (distributed across high-school and middle-school teams) and $3,500 toward a new baseball backstop; R & D Custom Home Builders LLC donated $1,326 to cover a back-to-school insert in the county paper.
After the consent agenda, campus principals presented the 2025–26 campus improvement plans aligned to district strategic goals, highlighting strategies such as Capturing Kids' Hearts (CKH), MTSS adjustments, PLC time, targeted interventions, CTE partnerships and early-college initiatives. Administration recommended approval of the campus goals and objectives, and the board approved them by a 7–0 vote.
