Parent tells board special-education students faced seven-month teacher vacancy; asks for real-time bus tracking

Superintendent Dr. Gilstrap thanked Garcia for her comments; administration noted transportation and staffing are being tracked and that technology and program funding options (including grants) will be considered as budgets and procurements are reviewed. There was no formal vote on the items raised during public comment.
