Special Magistrate Jeff Fuller ordered the Lewis D. Harris Estate to correct an inoperable-vehicle violation and remove trash and overgrowth at 5111 77th Street North in St. Petersburg within 30 days.
Senior Officer Eric Jewett presented evidence that included a July 30 inspection showing a red Suzuki with an expired tag (02/22) and widespread overgrowth and debris. Jewett cited code section 58-270 for inoperable vehicles and 58-3-04 for trash/debris. The record shows service was posted and certified-mail receipt signed by a household member; no estate representative appeared. Fuller found violations and ordered compliance by Sept. 11, 2024 at 5 p.m., with daily fines of $100 for each uncured violation.
