• Potomac Towers (2001 N. Adams St., 406 units): Board adopted a 30% operating expense assumption for the original assessment and reduced the 2026 assessment to $136,449,000 (unanimous vote).
• Mixed‑use hotel/retail/apartment parcel (RPC 16022257): Board confirmed the county’s revised assessment of $373,026,500; members noted personal property (PPT) timing and adjustments are administered by the Commissioner of Revenue and recommended the appellant pursue that channel if needed.
The decisions reflect case‑by‑case adjustments to income, expense and below‑the‑line assumptions and do not by themselves change countywide policy. Board adjourned at 10:24 a.m. and scheduled a virtual meeting for August 4 at 9 a.m.
