The Hanover County CPMT moved into closed session at 1:22 PM under Virginia Code § 2.2-3711.A4 and § 2.2-5210 to discuss individual children and families approved for services through FAPT and to address copay matters. The CPMT reconvened in open session at 2:04 PM and certified that only lawful, exempt matters were discussed.
Following certification, Claiborne Warner moved to authorize payments related to the procurement of services on behalf of children for FY26 under Virginia Code § 2.2-5206; Daricka Jones seconded the motion. The CPMT unanimously approved the authorization at 2:05 PM with no abstentions. Earlier in the meeting, the CPMT also unanimously approved the May 28, 2026 minutes on a motion from Ms. Warner and a second from Gabriella Caldwell-Miller.
Because the closed-session discussion concerned confidential individual cases, the CPMT did not disclose case-level details during open session; the board recorded only that it certified compliance with the applicable Virginia statutes and completed required votes.
