The Lake Hallie Village Board approved several administrative and personnel actions during its Sept. 2 meeting, moving a bundle of resolutions and routine items by unanimous votes.
Trustee Peter Lehmann moved to approve the meeting agenda and later led or seconded multiple motions that carried by voice vote, including Amended Resolution 2025‑41 to add Administrator/Clerk‑Treasurer Anastasia Stueber as an authorized signatory at Independence State Bank and Resolution 2025‑45 to add Stueber as an authorized signatory at CCF Bank. "Trustee Lehmann moved to approve the September 2, 2025 agenda as presented," the board record states.
The board accepted the resignation of Anastasia Stueber from the Police Commission (effective Aug. 11, 2025) and the resignation of Greg Armstrong from the Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Commission. It appointed Tiana Tarbox to the Police Commission (Resolution 2025‑43) and Renee Normand to the Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Commission (Resolution 2025‑44). All appointment and resignation motions were approved unanimously.
Other administrative items approved included establishing a Business Credit Card Account with Nicolet National Bank and adopting a Revised Employee Policy Manual. The board moved each of these items by motion and approved them by voice vote without extended discussion.
