A planning presenter identified that one of the units had been as much as 10 feet over the property line and described how the owner paid relocation and utility adjustments. Councilors confirmed the decision to consolidate the small parcels was driven by setback rules that would otherwise prevent effective subdivision for individual titles. The motion to approve the replat carried on a voice vote.
