County awards contracts for crack seal and trail reconditioning projects
Summary

On July 1 the board approved an agreement with Fahrner Asphalt for completion of the 2026 Crack Seal Project and separately approved Dresel Contracting to complete the CSAH 10 Surcharge Project and the SIRT Segment E Reconditioning Project. Each motion carried with a recorded unanimous vote of the five commissioners.
The approvals place the county under contract to proceed with the listed pavement and reconditioning work. The Swedish Immigrant Regional Trail Segment E reconditioning is described elsewhere in the minutes as a 2.1-mile pavement and reconstruction project; that trail contract approval accompanied the grant resolution adopted by the board.
