Chisago County board approves consent agenda, discloses $5.56M in warrants

The board also adopted Resolution No. 26/0701-1 authorizing Immanuel Lutheran Church to submit an application to the Minnesota Gambling Control Board to conduct bingo at Shafer Township Town Hall (18295 St. Croix Trail, Shafer, MN 55074). On separate motion the board scheduled a public hearing for July 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to consider whether conditions on a referenced property constitute a public health nuisance or hazard.
The motions approving the consent items carried with the recorded vote: Swenson, Greene, Dunne, Montzka and Dahlberg in favor; none opposed. Clerk Christina Vollrath is listed in the minutes as attesting to the proceedings.
