Jennifer Eisen Gonzalez, director of alternative education, explained that Title funds (federal) and LCFF supplemental/concentration funds are used together to fund instructional assistants and other services. She said the court-school plan includes Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) funding—presented in the meeting as roughly $160,000—which provides an additional bucket of funds tied to targeted improvement activities. Trustees approved the SPSAs by voice vote; staff noted the plans were developed with school-site councils and will be rolled into midyear LCAP reporting and future monitoring.
