CPMT approves agenda and minutes, notes strategic-plan invitations and staff change

CPMT Chair Alyssa Baker called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. and the committee approved the May 2026 agenda (motion by Leigh Sicina; second by Courtney Phillips) and the April 2026 CPMT meeting minutes (motion by Leigh Sicina; second by Leea Shirley). The public comment period yielded no speakers.
Under old and strategic-plan business, the committee noted no parent referrals and recorded that FAPT was invited to the July 1, 2026 CPMT meeting and CPMT members were invited to the September 29, 2026 FAPT meeting. The committee also noted that the Parent Representative seat remains vacant. During announcements, the minutes state that Jerry Stollings has accepted a new position within DJJ. The meeting adjourned at 10:36 a.m.; Leea Shirley moved to adjourn and Leigh Sicina seconded.
