Environmental Planner Maureen FitzGerald told the Commission that the primary access roads are existing and that an existing culvert crossing was permitted in 1981. The Commission reviewed mapping provided with the notification and recorded Hull Forest Services as the applicant. No additional mitigation or wetland filling was proposed at the meeting.
