At the close of the public hearing and adoption of Resolution 2025-29, County Clerk Deborah Hill certified the minutes and confirmed public notice and compliance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act (Act 267 of 1976). The certification notes the meeting was a reconvene of the annual meeting recessed from Oct. 15, 2025, and it records the presence and absence of commissioners.
The clerks certification is part of the official minutes and clarifies that the minutes become official only after approval at a subsequent regular meeting; the resolution text and budget documents are attached to the minutes as supporting materials.
