The council approved a $144 reimbursement to the property owner at 106 North 4th Street (Marcoh Coffee House) under the downtown exterior improvement grant program, which the council adopted in November 2021 and funded with $50,000 in the FY25–26 budget.
Planning staff said this request is an amendment to a previously approved grant and is for outdoor seating; the program reimburses at a 50/50 match. Staff noted the awning approved in June has been installed and the owner submitted for reimbursement; because the installation came in under budget, the applicant asked to apply the remaining funds to additional exterior items and seek reimbursement for the small incremental amount. The motion to approve the $144 reimbursement carried by voice vote.
