Sam Dinges, representing the county's sanitary districts, described a planned sludge removal operation at the North Fork Wastewater Treatment Plant. Dinges told the Board additional capital improvement funding will be needed to complete the full scope of the project. He said the current funding aligns with a two-month run if started in the fall but that longer-term CIP planning will be required.
