Waterfront commission briefs board on pier plans and cruise-ship revenue

"The cruise ships are rolling into the new revenue," the commission representative said, and added there are a few minor technical tweaks needed to satisfy DEM and water-quality reviewers before final approvals. He said the adjustments should be minor and the project should be approved shortly once those items are addressed.
