Applicant asks planning board to continue 42 Rhode Island Ave subdivision review

"I've submitted a request, to continue this to next month so we can work with Lynn Small to make a couple corrections and talk to the butters and hopefully iron things out," said Tanner Jackson, attorney for the applicants. Jackson told the board the change would allow the applicant and staff to address outstanding map and notification issues before resuming review.
The request followed the board's motion to reorder the agenda and to take item C first. Chair (speaker 2) called for the motion and the board approved the continuance by voice vote. No substantive deliberation or vote on the subdivision's merits occurred at this meeting.
Next steps: the application will return to the board at the next regularly scheduled meeting in November after applicant and staff follow-up.
