Board approves nursing home door replacement, auditing contract and resolves civil monetary penalties

On a separate matter concerning regulatory fines, Mr. Rose presented RES 206-26 to rescind and replace a prior resolution and to remit a reduced Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services civil monetary penalty of $16,152.50 and to remit $10,000 to the New York State Department of Health within 30 days of the DOH Stipulation and Order; the board adopted the resolution and directed reversal of a prior budget amendment. The actions were adopted by roll call.
