Commissioners approve ARPA‑funded HVAC and chiller work at juvenile center and county properties

Couch Juvenile Center for an amount not to exceed $98,620.14 (bid COM‑2147) and to install HVAC equipment at 631 E. Robinson for an amount not to exceed $77,902.50 (bid COM‑2148). The board also approved Streets, LLC for expedited labor and equipment charges related to a courthouse chiller change‑out totaling $13,752.59. All three items were listed under ARPA Project #3.009, Object Code 54827.
The motions passed unanimously. The minutes show these are FY26 contracts running July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 unless otherwise noted.
