Wayne County reallocates Homeland Security grants to equipment and carries over DCJS funds for Sheriff

RES 170-26 accepted an FY2024 SHSP award of $145,106 and authorized using it to procure night-vision binoculars; both resolutions included budget amendments for expenditure lines.
