The Wagoner County Board of Commissioners approved a series of zoning map amendments and related planning actions on June 1. Resolutions passed included #2026-066 (ZNE-24-2026) for William Jones at 25275 Rosewood Drive, Broken Arrow; #2026-069 (ZNE-31-2026) for the Vernon Yocham Revocable Living Trust at 23433 E. 191st St. S., Haskell; #2026-070 (ZNE-22-2026) for the Robert E. Jeffers Family Trust at 32455 E. 750 Rd., Wagoner; #2026-072 (ZNE-33-2026) for Jim and Cristi Belden at 4581 S. 241st E. Ave., Broken Arrow; and #2026-073 (ZNE-34-2026) for the Phillip and Claudette Pool Revocable Living Trust and Valerie Flesher at 25145 E. 121st St. S., Broken Arrow. Motions to approve were made either by Commissioner Kelley or Commissioner Hanning and carried with recorded votes of Hanning, aye; Kelley, aye for each item (SEG 053–SEG 087).
Most approvals were recorded without extended discussion in the minutes. One zoning amendment request (Resolution #2026-071, ZNE-27-2026 for the Hewitt Family Trust at 34367 E. 151st St. S., Coweta) received no action during the meeting and remains unresolved in the minutes.
