Consultants from Hill Studio presented an overview of a local market study and feasibility study for Page County during the EDA meeting on June 22.
"David Hill and Jonah Collins of Hill Studio led an overview of a local market study and feasibility study for Page County, funded by a grant by Virginia Housing," the minutes state. Rebecca Armstrong relayed a note from Nina Fox "underscoring that the studies had not yet been accepted by Virginia Housing and until then were still considered drafts." The EDA received the presentation; the minutes do not record a formal acceptance or vote on the studies.
The slides and supporting site-plan concepts remain draft materials until Virginia Housing completes its acceptance process. Members discussed stakeholder meetings, market and utility analysis, and concept site plans as part of the consultant’s scope, but no budget or contract amendments were recorded in the minutes.
