Chairman Rod Cleveland then moved, seconded by Rusty Grissom, to postpone approval of the minutes of the special meeting of June 5, 2025; that motion also carried with unanimous 'yes' votes. The meeting was adjourned at 10:39 a.m. on a motion from Marilyn Williams that Rusty Grissom seconded.
