As part of routine fiscal-year closeout the Rogers County Board on June 1 approved a series of transfers to cover payroll and move remaining funds into appropriate salary and maintenance accounts. Notable entries included a $6,325 transfer from Emergency Management capital outlay into Emergency Management salaries, and a $15,829.52 consolidation into General Fund Sheriff salaries drawn from travel, rentals/leasing and repair accounts. Each transfer was moved by Commissioner Dan DeLozier and seconded by Commissioner Steve Hendrix; roll call votes were unanimous.
The minutes list six separate transfer items with specific account codes and amounts to reallocate end-of-year balances into salary or maintenance accounts where needed. The board recorded the transfers as motions with unanimous approval; the items were procedural actions to balance departmental accounts before closing fiscal year 2026.
